Sao Paulo vs LDU Quito prediction

In the first-leg of this CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores quarter-final tie, Ecuadorian champions LDU Quito defeated Sao Paulo by two goals to nil at Estadio de Liga Deportiva Universitaria in the Ecuadorian capital city of Quito last week. LDU Quito scored goals in either half with a 15th minute strike scored by central midfielder Bryan Ramirez and then a 78th minute strike from second-half substitute Michael Estrada.

Sao Paulo have since suffered a 1-0 loss to Santos in the Brazilian Serie A at the weekend. They have now managed just two victories in their last nine matches inside 90 minutes across all competitions.

LDU Quito will head to Brazil with the confidence of last week’s performance and that run of form from Sao Paulo, meaning they should be able to shut up shop for this one.

Sao Paulo vs LDU Quito tip: Double chance – LDU Quito to win or draw & under 3.5 goals
