Jessica Andrade vs Jasmine Jasudavicius prediction

Jessica Andrade (26-13) had an unsuccessful return to the flyweight division last time out as she lost a unanimous decision to Natalia Silva. That came after two successive wins against Mackenzie Dern and Marina Rodriguez but it will be interesting to see how she fares now she is back in the flyweight division.

The 33-year-old has had something of a slide in recent times as she has lost four of her last six and she is going to have to be somewhere close to her best against a surging opponent who has plenty of momentum.

Jasmine Jasudavicius (13-3) has won her last four fights and she will be full of confidence coming into this one as she looks to rise further up the rankings. During that time, she has picked up two Performance of the Night bonuses and she comes off a win in February this year where she got the decision against Mayra Bueno Silva.

At 36-year-old, she is three years older than Andrade but she is by far the fresher of the two fighters. Andrade has had 39 professional MMA bouts and there are signs that she is slowing down a little. On the other hand, Jasudavicius is getting better with age.

Andrade may be ranked a couple of spots ahead of Jasudavicius, but we expect that to be reversed by the end of the fight. Jasudavicius will have home support on her side, all the momentum is with her and we favour her to get the win.

Prediction: Jasmine Jasudavicius to win by decision
