West Ham vs Wolves Prediction

The pressure is firmly on both managers coming into this game and it appears there could well be a change for the losing club. Wolves’ loss at Everton was truly abysmal and with a couple of goals disallowed for Everton, it could have been worse for them and Gary O’Neil. They have now conceded eight goals in their last two matches, their supporters have clearly turned on the manager and the players, and their situation is looking pretty bleak unless they do make a change.

The situation at West Ham is not quite the same however and their performances are better than their results suggest. It is not that long ago since they beat Newcastle at St James’ Park 2-0 two weeks ago in a hugely impressive display. They were hammered by a rampant Arsenal which they can be forgiven for but their midweek 3-1 loss to Leicester was a little misleading. The hosts were incredibly efficient while Lopetegui’s men had 31 attempts at goal. There is more room for optimism that the situation can turn around than there is at Wolves and for that reason, we are backing the Hammers to inflict more misery on Gary O’Neil.
