Rafa Garcia: Californian looks to build on Gordon TKO

Rafa Garcia (18-4) is coming off a confidence-boosting TKO win over Jared Gordon last time out so he will be looking to build on that here. the 31-year-old has won four of his last five and that win was only his second by knockout in his 18 professional MMA wins. He can make it three from three on Saturday but faces a tough challenge in Hernandez.

Alexander Hernandez: Missouri native riding four-fight winning streak

Alexander Hernandez (18-8) has won his last four fights in the UFC and he enjoyed and active and productive 2025 winning all three fights he took. His last two against Chase Hooper and Carlos Diego Ferreira resulted in TKO wins and his confidence is as high as ever coming into this bout.

Rafa Garcia vs Alexander Hernandez prediction

We have a really competitive lightweight bout on Saturday night as Rafa Garcia and Alexander Hernandez battle it out on the main card.

Garcia has won six of his last eight including his last two, while Hernandez has won his last four since he returned to lightweight.

Lightweight feels like the most natural weight for Hernandez who has a big frame and he looks to have made some improvements in his game too.

Our preference ahead of this fight is with Hernandez. His extra knockout power just about edges it in what could be an incredibly close fight. Garcia will be as game as they come but it is Hernandez who just gets the nod for us.

Prediction: Alexander Hernandez to win
