Roma Team News: Dybala & Dovbyk

Since the appointment of Ranieri, Roma have formed an excellent partnership between Paulo Dybala and Artem Dovbyk with their relationship slowly growing over the last couple of months.

Roma do still have a couple of injury issues ahead of the visit of Genoa to the capital city as Italy international midfielder Bryan Cristante is now sidelined alongside Samuel Dahl.

Predicted XI (3-5-2): Svilar; Mancini, Hummels, Ndicka; Saelemaekers, Kone, Paredes, Pellegrini, Tasende; Dybala, Dovbyk

Ruslan Malinovskiy, Caleb Ekuban and Vitinha remain sidelined with Croatia international midfielder Milan Badelj is sidelined for this one due to a thigh injury.

Predicted XI (4-1-4-1): Leali; De Winter, Bani, Johan Vasquez, Caricol; Bohinen; Miretti, Frendrup, Thorsby, Zanoli; Pinamonti

Roma vs Genoa Prediction

Claudio Ranieri’s Roma have enjoyed improved performances but results have remained a little frustrating, albeit also better than they were. They come into this one on the back of a 2-2 draw with Bologna in their most recent outing last weekend in a game in which they took the lead but then needed an equaliser in the 95th minute from the penalty spot via the aforementioned Dovbyk. Since Patrick Vieira was appointed Genoa boss during the November international break, Genoa have been in good form as they climb into mid-table. The visitors most recently defeated Parma by a goal to nil last weekend to mean they have suffered just one defeat in eight matches under Vieira. Given that, albeit a rare tip to give, a draw may well be a good value bet.

Roma vs Genoa Tip: Draw
