QPR vs Lincoln City prediction

QPR are currently placed just outside the top ten, and will likely see this as a must-win game at home to Lincoln City as they attempt to close the gap to the top eight. This past Tuesday night, the hosts were forced to settle for a 1-1 draw vs Burnley, meaning they’ve won just one of their last four games. There are two defeats mixed in there, but both of those losses came on the road, and QPR are a much stronger home side than they are away. Their other fixture saw them thrash Swansea City 5-0.

QPR fans will expect success against a Lincoln City team that has been brought back down to earth over the last week or so, with losses to both Birmingham City and Watford. The fixture pile up may just be starting to tell on the Imps, and the international break comes at a good time for them. However, it’s unlikely to save them on this occasion, as QPR look to dominate throughout much of the 90 minutes. If the home side weren’t to come away with the win, it would be a real surprise.
