Flying the flag for Nigeria in the UEFA Champions League, Victor Osimhen has proven a consistent goalscorer in the competition and continues to find the net in multiple ways. Since opening his Champions League account for Lille back in 2019, the Super Eagles star has gone on to reach 16 goals in Europe’s premier club competition, scoring regularly for Napoli and now Turkish giants Galatasaray. 

Osimhen also boasts a Champions League hat-trick to his name, the first by a Super Eagles player since Yakubu for Maccabi Haifa against Olympiacos in September 2002, and the first for Galatasaray since Burak Yılmaz in 2012.
