The first-leg of this UEFA Europa League third qualifying round tie saw Ferencvaros edge past Gornik Zabrze by a goal to nil at the Groupama Arena in Budapest. Romanian midfielder Marius Corbu scored the only goal of the game mid-way through the second half.
Gornik Zabrze were knocked out of the UEFA Champions League in the second qualifying round last month, losing 2-1 on aggregate to Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
