CFR Cluj and Alashkert shared a 1-1 draw in the first-leg of this UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round tie at the Yerevan Football Academy Stadium in the Armenian capital city last week.
CFR Cluj have been a storied club in UEFA competition over the last 20 years or so but they have regressed. Alashkert made it past Kazakh debutants Yelimay in the first qualifying round earlier this month.
Neither side have been strong in Europe in recent seasons but CFR Cluj remain the stronger side with more pedigree and they should come out on top in this second-leg with their home advantage.
