Austrian giants Austria Vienna have more or less wrapped up their progression into the next round as they welcome Latvian side Liepaja to the Generali Arena.

Austria Vienna eased to a comfortable 2-0 win at Sloka Stadium in Jurmala in the first-leg of their UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round tie, courtesy of goals scored by Florian Wustinger and Moritz Wels.
Austria Vienna have not made it through UEFA competition qualification since reaching the group stages of this one in the 2022-23 campaign. Liepaja did manage to defeat Decic in the first qualifying round earlier this month.
Even that win was a slender one against poor opposition for Liepaja and Austria Vienna should complete a fairly comfortable two-legged win in the Austrian capital city.
