The Philadelphia Union have struggled throughout the campaign and they remain rock-bottom in the Eastern Conference. However, Philly did manage to defeat the New York Red Bulls by three goals to one at Subaru Park the other day.
The Seattle Sounders do sit tucked inside the top seven and the play-off places in the Western Conference. The Sounders started the season shakily before regaining form but they then returned from the break with a 3-1 loss to a struggling Austin side the other day.
The Seattle Sounders appear to be slow starters and, with home advantage and confidence found from their midweek win, Philadelphia appear a good bet for this one.
