KuPS reached the knockout play-off stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League last season, with their European pedigree continuing to grow, while Sabah produced one of the more surprising title victories in the 2025-26 campaign, ending Qarabag’s long stint at the top-of-the-table in the Azeri Premier League.
Home advantage is crucial for KuPS, up in Finland, and they will fancy themselves to overturn this one, with Sabah perhaps frustrated to have not racked up a bigger scoreline.
