Son of former USA boss Gregg Berhalter, Sebastian has established himself as one of the best players in MLS, which has led to his call-up for FIFA World Cup 2026. An All-Star and key part of the Vancouver Whitecaps side who reached the MLS Cup final last year, Berhalter was also named in the competition’s best XI for the season. An exciting midfield player, the 25-year-old has impressed for the USMNT since his debut in 2025, earning his place in the squad on merit. He faces a tough battle though to make the starting XI.
