At the age of just 21, Robin Risser heads into the summer as France’s third-choice goalkeeper behind Mike Maignan and Brice Samba but the Lens shot stopper may well be the ‘number one’ in the near future. Having come through the academy at Strasbourg, the BlueCo-owned club sanctioned his sale to Lens last summer and he was excellent last season in Ligue 1 as he helped Pierre Sage’s side finish as runners-up this season.
