Didier Deschamps has remained loyal to Adrien Rabiot, who he has trusted now at UEFA EURO 2020, FIFA World Cup 2022 and UEFA EURO 2024 ahead of this summer. The 31-year-old left Olympique de Marseille due to an issue with Jonathan Rowe in training late last summer, signing for Massimiliano Allegri’s AC Milan. He was generally impressive for the Rossoneri but did, like Milan, fade towards the end of the campaign as they missed out on the top four in Serie A and UEFA Champions League qualification as a result.
