Luis Hernandez vs Hugo Guillon prediction

Luis Hernandez (7-0) comes into the Contender Series week six card hoping to extend his unbeaten MMA record and earn a shot in the UFC. The Miami native has won all seven bouts with three knockouts and four submissions and he will be desperate to win number eight in what is comfortable the biggest fight of his career.

He takes on France’s Hugo Guillon (7-1 with one no contest) who is riding a six-fight winning streak of his own. The European middleweight is huge for the weight, standing at 193cm and is height and reach advantage could be a major weapon in this fight with his opponent just 175cm.

Guillon is technically very strong and with his reach advantage, he will be a nightmare for Hernnadez. So much will depend on how the American adapts to that but we have to favour Guillon to fight to his strengths and earn the contract.

Prediction: Hugo Guillon to win
