Sunderland vs Brentford prediction

Regis Le Bris is coming under pressure from the Sunderland fanbase with four very unconvincing victories in 11 matches across all competitions so far this season. The Wearsiders continued their underwhelming season, especially going forward, with a goalless draw against Leeds United at the weekend.

Brentford come into this one on the back of sharing a 1-1 draw with newly-promoted Hull City at the MKM Stadium the other day. The Bees narrowly missed out on European football last season and are expecting to sustain a challenge again this season. They are winless in three matches since the international break.

Due to their involvement in the UEFA Europa League, it could well be that Sunderland rotate and so siding with Brentford may well be the way to go for this one.

Sunderland vs Brentford tip: Double chance – Brentford to win or draw
