Sierra Leone vs Zambia Prediction

After an improvement in the last few years, Sierra Leone have already been eliminated with just one win in their opening five qualifying matches as they take on Zambia this week.

Sierra Leone did pull off a famous win against Ivory Coast thanks to a late winner from former Bolton Wanderers striker Amadou Bakayoko last month but they have struggled aside from that and were held to a 1-1 draw by a poor Chad side the other day.

The Zambians, coached former Chelsea boss Avram Grant, were knocked out in the 2023 CAF Africa Cup of Nations at the group stage earlier this year but defeated defending champions Ivory Coast by a goal to nil the other day to sit above them in Group G.

This is expected to be a low-scoring game between two limited attacking sides but there are clear favourites with Zambia simply the better of the two sides.

Sierra Leone vs Zambia Tip: Zambia to win & under 3.5 goals
