Sheffield United vs Wrexham prediction

Sheffield United are arguably underachieving so far this season when you look at their squad. But they’ve found it difficult to string together a run of positive results and for the Blades it’s been a case of one step forward, two steps back throughout the season. Against a Wrexham side who were extremely poor last time out in a 2-0 defeat away at Blackburn, Sheffield Utd needs to perform.

But Wrexham need three points themselves and are unlikely to sit back despite being on the road. Expect them to prove a threat from set pieces but also try and hit the hosts on the counter-attack. An attacking encounter is likely between the pair and backing both teams to score has to be favoured.

Sheffield United vs Wrexham tip: Both teams to score
