Puerto Rico vs Nicaragua prediction

As CONCACAF qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup gets started back up in June, Puerto Rico sit second in Group F behind Suriname with four points from two games, whilst Nicaragua currently sit above Panama on goal difference in Group D with two wins from two.

Puerto Rico come into this one on the back of a fairly poor run of form, though, with a 2-0 loss to the Dominican Republic in March meaning that they are now winless in their last three matches. Nicaragua also suffered a fairly humbling 2-0 aggregate loss to Guadeloupe in the preliminary round of CONCACAF Gold Cup qualification during the March international break with back-to-back 1-0 losses to the side not yet recognised by FIFA.

Neither side come into this one on the back of good performances or results a couple of months ago and the focus will be on their qualifiers next week so a low-scoring affair seems likely.

Puerto Rico vs Nicaragua tip: Under 3.5 goals
