Perth Glory and Adelaide United are now the only two teams still to pick up a single point this campaign. Perth have lost both of their games, while Adelaide’s only A-League match so far saw them go down 2-1 to Sydney FC. The two sides have at least found the net in each of their games played, but it has not been enough, as both back lines have wilted under pressure.
With neither able to afford a loss here, the result could go either way. When taking into account that all three fixtures involving at least one of these two sides have seen both them and the opposition find the net at least once, backing both teams to score here appears to be the sensible move.
