PAOK vs Slavia Prague Prediction

PAOK Salonika have been entertaining to watch in this season’s UEFA Europa League with 18 goals coming in their six games, whilst they now face Czech First League leaders Slavia Prague.

PAOK had disappointed in their opening four matches of the campaign but the Greeks, who have underwhelmed in the Greek Super League this season, have enjoyed back-to-back wins in this competition ahead of this one. However, their goalless draw with city rivals Aris Thessaloniki at the weekend means they have won one of six matches across all competitions.

They now face a Slavia Prague side that sit at the top-of-the-table in Czechia and they had started the UEFA Europa League season very well, too. They collected four points from their opening two matches in this competition but they have now suffered four successive defeats as they languish outside of the top 24 spots.

PAOK will try and get on the front foot here to continue their good form in Thessaloniki but their form has been underwhelming and worrying of late as they now prepare to face a Slavia side that will still believe they have their own chance of getting knockout football this season.
