Man Utd vs Brighton prediction

Since the start of their season, Brighton have lost just once in all competitions, that being a 4-3 thriller away at Chelsea in the Premier League. Their penchant to score goals have seen the Seagulls find the net at least three times in four of their last five and the Man Utd backline could be in for a long 90 minutes here.

Spirits within Old Trafford are already low following the Red Devils’ 0-1 defeat at the hands of inter-city rivals Man City this past Sunday, despite the Citizens being reduced to ten-men in the first-half after Phil Foden’s straight red card. An early period of dominance for Brighton could well see the home crowd start to turn.

When things get toxic at Man Utd, bad things start to happen and we may be at that stage here. Brighton are playing really well, especially in attack and they have nothing to fear from this United side. Assuming the visitors field a strong team, it is worth backing Brighton to either win or draw in 90 minutes via the double chance market.
