Lech Poznan won the Polish Ekstraklasa title in the 2025-26 season, finishing four points clear of upcoming opponents Gornik Zabrze. They have a UEFA Champions League second qualifying round tie against Aarhus Gymnastikfelag taking place next week.
Gornik Zabrze, under the management of Michal Gasparik, achieved their best league finish since 1988 last season, while also ending a 54-year wait to win the Polish Cup as they defeated Rakow Czestochowa in the final in May.
These are two sides that play a more proactive style of football and so both teams scoring would appear a decent bet for this Super Cup in Poznan.
