Hradec Kralove vs Tromso prediction
Hradec Kralove edged past Tromso by a goal to nil in the first-leg of their UEFA Europa League second qualifying round tie. Cardiff City target Jens Hjerto-Dahl missed a second half penalty for the Norwegians before the Czechs snatched a first-leg advantage via an 85th minute winner scored by Mick van Buren.
Hradec Kralove are playing in just their third ever European campaign after previously playing in the 1960-61 European Cup and then the 1995-96 UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup. Tromso, on the other hand, have a bit more experience but they would have expected their home advantage to play a much bigger part.
The fact that Tromso’s biggest advantage was playing in Northern Norway and that has been neutralised means that Hradec are firm favourites to progress.
