Ghana vs Nigeria prediction

The Ghanaians have named a strong squad for the clash with Nigeria this week with the likes of Mohammed Salisu and Jordan Ayew heading up the Black Stars’ list. They most recently produced comprehensive victories against Chad and then Madagascar in qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup during the March international break.

Nigeria, on the other hand, were held to another frustrating 1-1 draw with Zimbabwe at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in a game in which Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Tawanda Chirewa scored a late equaliser for the Zimbabweans. The Super Eagles’ qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup is now in serious doubt.

Form does tend to go out of the window for games involving Ghana and Nigeria but it often does tend to be dramatic and gripping so both teams scoring would appear a good bet in west London.

Ghana vs Nigeria tip: Both teams to score
