Genoa vs Monza Prediction

Patrick Vieira’s Genoa come into this one on the back of a 3-1 defeat away to a much-improved Roma at the Stadio Olimpico in a game that was 1-1 until the 60th minute. The Genovese have suffered just two defeats in nine matches under Vieira with the only other loss coming against league leaders Napoli. They now face a Monza side that, following the appointment of the aforementioned Bocchetti to replace Alessandro Nesta, remain rock-bottom in Serie A and did suffer a 3-1 defeat to Bologna last weekend but they have been improved. However, Genoa are firm favourites for this one, especially with their home advantage.

Genoa vs Monza Tip: Genoa to win
