Fleetwood vs Arsenal prediction

Fleetwood Town will be bidding for a top seven finish and promotion in League Two this season but The Cod Army are too often undermined by profligacy in attack and weakness at the back. That was again the case at the weekend as they succumbed to a 2-1 defeat to Exeter City at St James Park at the weekend.

Arsenal head into this one on the back of easing past Everton by two goals to nil at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League the other day. The Gunners reached the final of the EFL Cup last season and they want to add silverware this time around, having already won the Community Shield back in August.

Arsenal head to Highbury in good form and they should ease themselves to a comfortable victory with a heavily rotated side in which Max Dowman may once again be the star.

Fleetwood vs Arsenal tip: Max Dowman to score or assist & Arsenal to win -1 handicap
