Turkish giants Besiktas are beginning their European campaign against a strong Midtjylland side, of Denmark, in the UEFA Europa League.

Besiktas vs Midtjylland prediction
Besiktas come into this one on the back of missing out in the play-offs of the UEFA Europa Conference League last season, losing to Lausanne and now needing to restore their pride. They have since appointed former Bologna and Fiorentina manager Vincenzo Italiano.
Midtjylland were excellent in the league phase of the UEFA Europa League last season, finishing third behind Olympique Lyonnais and eventual winners Aston Villa. Midtjylland were then beaten by eventual semi-finalists Nottingham Forest in the Round of 16 after extra-time.
Midtjylland are a good team and will play on the front foot, as per usual, against Besiktas with both teams scoring seeming a good bet for this first-leg.
