In the first-leg of this UEFA Europa League first qualifying round tie, Hajduk Split defeated Zilina by two goals to nil at Stadion Poljud in Split with a dominant performance. Hajduk scored goals in either half scored by Roko Brajkovic and Dalisson de Almeida.
Hajduk Split are a good side and will believe they can make the league or group phase of UEFA competition for the first time since the 2010-11 UEFA Europa League campaign.
Zilina have overperformed to qualify for the UEFA Europa League and, albeit with home advantage, it does appear to be a slight mis-match here as Hajduk control their way into the second qualifying round.
