Who has scored the most hat-tricks in Premier League history?

As it stands, former Man City star Sergio Aguero has scored the most hat-tricks in Premier League history with 12 in total. Aguero is one of two players to have racked up a double-figure number of Premier League hat-tricks, former England international Alan Shearer being the other. The Argentinian also boasts a five-goal haul to his name against Newcastle back in 2015.

Of the top five hat-trick scorers in the Premier League, only two are currently still playing. Harry Kane accumulated eight Premier League hat-tricks whilst at Tottenham Hotspur and is now currently playing for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga. Should Kane return to England one day, he'll have the opportunity to add to his tally.

One of the top five Premier League hat-trick scorers does still play in the Premier League, that being Erling Haaland. The impact Man City's Norwegian striker has made since joining from Borussia Dortmund suggests that he is capable of eventually surpassing Aguero. In just three seasons, Haaland has eight Premier League hat-tricks to his name, including one against local rivals Man Utd.
