Ukraine vs France prediction

Coached by Serhiy Rebrov, the Ukrainians have often flattered to deceive in terms of their performance level, but they perhaps can be forgiven for that as a result of the off-field issues. They still do have a strong squad, and put in a couple of excellent performances against Belgium during the March international break.

We are into the final cycle of Didier Deschamps as France boss, with Les Bleus heading into this having finished third in the 2024/25 UEFA Nations League. They have been unconvincing throughout his tenure since 2018, and things aren’t necessarily improving, despite the riches on offer in France.

Those riches will make them firm favourites for this one, and the lack of any home advantage for the Ukrainians will aid the French for this clash in Poland this week.
