Ukraine vs Albania prediction

Serhiy Rebrov and his Ukraine side were knocked out of UEFA qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the European playoff semi-finals on Thursday as they suffered a 3-1 loss to Sweden at Estadio Ciutat de Valencia, the home of Levante.

Albania, still under the management of former Manchester City left-back Sylvinho, head into this one on the back of taking a second-half lead in their playoff semi-final in Warsaw against Poland, before succumbing to a 2-1 loss.

Albania were stubborn and awkward to play against throughout qualification but it remains the case, even at a neutral venue, that Ukraine are favourites for this one.
