ANHELINA KALININA VS CAMILA OSORIO PREDICTION
World number 46 Anhelina Kalinina reached the semi-finals of the Strasbourg 500 last week with some superb upsets over former Roland-Garros finalists Marketa Vondrousova and Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova. A straight-sets defeat to eventual champion Danielle Collins is no embarrassment at all this season but this is a tough first round clash with fellow clay lover Camila Osorio, who won her second title on home clay in Bogota last month.
World number 77 Osorio has enjoyed a reasonable run of form since her victory Bogota but the Colombian should have performed better at Roland-Garros than her two second round exits in the past two seasons. Kalinina beat the 22-year-old comfortably in Austin back in February but take the Ukrainian to win outright here with three sets a distinct possibility.
