Stoke vs West Brom prediction

Mark Robins’ Stoke City were hammered 3-0 by League One Bradford City in the second round of the EFL Cup in midweek, but the Potters have remained magnificent in the Championship. The excellent and in-form Sorba Thomas gave Stoke a 2-1 victory at St Mary’s against Southampton last weekend to make it three wins from three for City.

Ryan Mason was given his first managerial role over the summer and his time in charge of West Bromwich Albion has begun well. The Baggies started with back-to-back victories in the Championship, before being held to a controversial 1-1 draw with Portsmouth at The Hawthorns last week, with Mason sent to the stands in that game.

West Brom have put in some strong performances this season, but nothing yet to match the level of the hosts, and siding with Stoke would be the way to go for this one.

Stoke vs West Brom tip: Double chance – Stoke to win or draw
