Serbia vs Greece prediction

After a woeful qualifying campaign for FIFA World Cup 2026, former Reading and Real Oviedo boss Veljko Paunovic is now at the helm of Serbia. The Serbians most recently succumbed to hammerings at the hands of both Cabo Verde and Mexico over the summer.

Greece have been improved for a while, including their promotion to League A, and they now have a very exciting squad. Giannis Konstantelias is out injured but the Greeks still boast immense depth in attack such as Christos Tzolis, Vangelis Pavlidis, Konstantinos Karetsas, Christos Mouzakitis, Tasos Douvikas and Charalampos Kostoulas.

Greece are replacing Serbia as a middling European nation boasting something of a ‘golden generation’, albeit with a major trophy under their belts, and they will likely continue to be proactive with Serbian boss Ivan Jovanovic with a fun game in store for the neutral.
