Roma preview: Pressure on
The Romans come into this one on the back of a 5-2 demolition at the hands of league leaders Internazionale at San Siro in their most recent outing with that scoreline perhaps flattering the Giallorossi.
The capital city outfit had struggled for a strong performance level but were getting results for much of this campaign but now results are also fading as they struggle to keep up with the top four pace in Serie A.
Pisa preview: Relegation-bound
They now face a Pisa side that, having gained promotion to the top-flight last season, have struggled throughout the campaign with just two victories in their 31 matches so far this season.
With 21 points to play for, Pisa are nine points adrift as they head to the capital city on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat at home to Torino at Arena Garibaldi in Tuscany last weekend.

Gianluca Mancini is the latest man to join the Roman injury list that also consists of Wesley and Manu Kone, as well as attacking trio Paulo Dybala, Evan Ferguson and Artem Dovbyk.

Pisa will want to be stubborn and difficult to play against. They were that with a lot of draws for much of this campaign, but they have now struggled badly once again. Roma will still be expected to get themselves a much-needed victory at the Olimpico on Friday night but a low-scoring encounter in an unconvincing performance also remains likely for this one, with Gasperini under mounting pressure from Roma supporters.
