Prishtina vs Sheriff prediction

The first-leg of this UEFA Europa League first qualifying round tie at the Sheriff Stadium in Transnistria in Tiraspol in Moldova last week saw Sheriff Tiraspol annihilate Kosovan outfit Prishtina by four goals to nil. Sheriff raced into a two-goal lead inside 19 minutes thanks to a brace scored by Cyrille Bayala. Bayala then completed a hat-trick in the 74th minute before Elijah Odede made it 4-0 about five minutes later.

Sheriff Tiraspol will be frustrated to not be in the UEFA Champions League, having gone through the 2024/25 Moldovan season unbeaten last year before being pipped to the league title by Milsami Orhei in the end of season championship round.

Prishtina will want to avoid going through the motions here, but they will now have to turn their attention to being focused on a UEFA Europa Conference League campaign instead.

Prishtina vs Sheriff tip: Sheriff to win
