NorthEast United were enjoying a four-match unbeaten run of form before then succumbing to a 4-1 demolition at the hands of Odisha in their most recent outing, going down to ten men in the process, in Guwahati last week.

They now face a Sporting Delhi side that started with three successive defeats but they have now collected five points from three matches, most recently easing to an impressive 2-0 defeat of the Kerala Blasters last week. 

Sporting Delhi travel to Guwahati in reasonably improved form of late and, while a low-scoring encounter is expected, Delhi have to remain firm favourites for this one.
