However, she was unable to win the title after a close three set defeat to Alexandra Eala. Her first-round opponent at the Libema Open is Hanne Vandewinkel. The 22-year-old continued her progress this season by qualifying for this tournament. Vandewinkel has been brilliant on the ITF circuit in 2026, with three titles and another final appearance. She broke into the top 100 for the first time in April.
