How to watch on TV: UK – Not televised / US – Not televised

How to watch online: UK – FIFA+ / US – FIFA+

Key Stats

  • Only one of Niger’s last 32 World Cup qualifying matches finished without a goal being scored.
  • Congo are without a win in a World Cup qualifying match since a 2-1 victory against Ethiopia in November 2015.

Niger vs Congo Prediction

With two games in Group E of CAF qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup to go, Niger have three victories with three defeats as they chase Tanzania, who are second, and are just a point behind. They face a Congolese side that are one of the weakest sides on the African continent, having collected just a solitary point from their six matches so far this season.

Niger come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 victory against the aforementioned Tanzanians in their most recent outing last month. The Congo, on the other hand, drew with the poor Tanzania side, ending a five-match losing streak.

Congo are a very poor side and have already been eliminated. They should keep things low-scoring in this one, but Niger are still expected to win it quite comfortably this week.

Niger vs Congo Tip: Niger to win & under 3.5 goals
