Millwall vs Stoke City prediction

It was not a successful time for Alex Neil at Stoke City, a club whom he left Sunderland in order to join. Now a Millwall, Neil will no doubt be hoping to get one over on his old club. But this is a Stoke side who look genuine promotion contenders under Mark Robins, who has successfully shored up the defence and has enough quality attackers at his disposal to get goals at the other end.

Winning at the Den is never easy and Stoke’s backline will need to withstand a lot of pressure. But if any team can stunt a Millwall offensive with five goals in their last two games, the Potters can. It’s unlikely that this will be a free-scoring game and backing under 2.5 goals scored has to be favoured.

Millwall vs Stoke City tip: Under 2.5 goals
