Lyon vs Nantes prediction

Paulo Fonseca’s Olympique Lyonnais returned from the November international break with a goalless draw against struggling and rock-bottom Auxerre in their most recent outing last week. Lyon are now winless in their last four matches in Ligue 1, slipping out of the top six and the European spots.

Nantes were always expected to struggle once again this season, despite the appointment of Luis Castro over the summer. The Canaries have managed just two victories in their 13 matches so far this season, having been held to a 1-1 draw by fellow strugglers Lorient last week.

Lyon have been less entertaining to watch this season after a difficult summer but they are still expected to come out on top in this one with their home advantage.

Lyon vs Nantes tip: Lyon to win & under 3.5 goals
