Ludogorets vs Shkendija prediction

Ludogorets Razgrad come into this one on the back of a week off in the Bulgarian First League, where they sit at the top-of-the-table, above Levski Sofia on goal difference. They now face a Shkendija side that are third in the North Macedonian First Football League table, sitting a couple of points behind Sileks and Struga at the top.

The first-leg of this UEFA Europa League playoff round tie saw Ludogorets suffer a 2-1 loss to Shkendija at the Tose Proeski Arena in North Macedonia. Deroy Duarte opened the scoring for the Bulgarians before Liridon Latifi and Besart Ibraimi managed to turn the game on its head for Shkendija.

That was a bit of a major upset for Shkendija, and Ludogorets will be the overwhelming favourites to turn things around in Bulgaria, especially with their home advantage.
