Lazio vs Atalanta prediction

Lazio come into this one on the back of a penalty shootout victory over Bologna in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia, away from home, in midweek. Maurizio Sarri has been dealt a tough hand in charge of Lazio this season but that surprise win means it is just two defeats in 13 matches across all competitions since the start of December.

They now face an Atalanta side that come into this one on the back of a hard-fought 2-1 defeat of Cremonese last week, ensuring that the Bergamasci are now unbeaten in their last eight domestic matches and they have been much-improved following the appointment of Raffaele Palladino in the autumn.

These are two of the more in-form teams in Serie A and they will both therefore fancy themselves to dictate the tempo, and it could be quite a good watch in Rome.

Lazio vs Atalanta tip: Both teams to score
