LA Galaxy vs Orlando City Prediction

Domestically, LA Galaxy have struggled throughout the 2025 Major League Soccer season. Their Leagues Cup run has been impressive but that ended in the semi-finals the other day as they suffered a 2-0 loss to the Seattle Sounders at Dignity Health Sports Park, with Seattle scoring early in each half.

They now face an Orlando City side that have been very strong in the Eastern Conference, as they sit tucked inside the top seven of that division. The Floridians were also knocked out in the semi-finals of the Leagues Cup due to a 3-1 defeat to state rivals Inter Miami, despite leading until the 77th minute and then going down to ten men.

Orlando City will be extremely frustrated to have been eliminated in the semis, but they will believe they are the firm favourites against an average LA Galaxy side this weekend.
