Korea Republic vs Ecuador prediction
In the group stages of FIFA World Cup 2026, Korea Republic were eliminated with defeats to Mexico and South Africa after beating Czechia. The Koreans now have former Spain manager Robert Moreno in charge on an interim basis.
Sebastian Beccacece led Ecuador in as leading ‘dark horses’ this summer but they squeezed through the groups before a 2-0 loss to Mexico in the round of 32. He has now been replaced himself, too, with former River Plate boss Marcelo Gallardo coming in.
The style of football between Beccacece and Gallardo is quite similar and Ecuador should adapt quite well with Korea expected to be more proactive, too, so both teams scoring seems a decent bet for this one.
