Key Stats

  • Kenya have won only two of their last 13 World Cup qualifying matches (D6 L5).
  • Despite losing 2-1 against Gabon in their most recent World Cup qualifying match, Kenya have lost only two of their last eight FWCQ fixtures (W2 D4).
  • The Gambia have won only one of their last ten World Cup qualifying matches (D2 L7).
  • None of the Gambia’s last 20 World Cup qualifying matches finished without a goal being scored.

Kenya vs Gambia Prediction

In their six matches in Group F of CAF’s qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Kenya have managed to collect just six points with just one victory, whilst the Gambians have one victory and just four points collected from their set of matches thus far.

The Kenyans come into this one on the back of a 2-1 victory over Chad in their most recent FIFA-recognised outing in an international friendly during the June international break. That came on the back of a ten-match winless run of form. They now face a Gambian side that have a stronger squad than the Kenyans, but they have also struggled throughout this qualifying campaign, and that shows no signs of stopping.

Kenya will head into this one looking to restore some pride for this one, but Gambia remain the favourites for this one, despite their inconsistency and underwhelming form.

Kenya vs Gambia Tip: Double chance – Gambia to win & under 3.5 goals
