Italy vs Czechia prediction

Italy were one of the best-performing nations during group play as they breezed through Group A with three victories, including eight goals scored and two clean sheets. Beating them in the knockout stage is going to be tough when considering that notorious Italian defence clearly extends down into the youth teams of the Azzurri and its knockout football where a strong backline reaps rewards.

Czechia come into the round of 32 on the back of consecutive defeats at the hands of Burkina Faso and USA respectively. Their only win has come against Tajikistan and doing so by a five-goal margin got them through to this stage on goal difference. But against an opponent of Italy’s quality, this should be the end of the road.
