France vs Ukraine prediction

France come into this one on the back of having gone behind against Iceland last month before then managing to salvage a 2-2 draw against the Icelanders in Reykjavik. Les Bleus sit three points clear at the top of Group D, with Ukraine sitting in behind Didier Deschamps two-time world champions.

The Ukrainians started with a point in their opening two qualifiers but they then produced a couple of victories in the October international break. After they defeated Iceland by five goals to three away from home, Ukraine then managed to edge past Azerbaijan by two goals to one in Poland.

Ukraine have shown they have attacking potential and France have proven themselves to be defensively susceptible, albeit the hosts remain favourites in the French capital.

France vs Ukraine tip: France to win & over 2.5 goals
